Self-Cleaning Screw

Feeding Unit

In the DCOMP series components, the main and side feeding units are designed as twin screws rotating in the same direction. It has feeding hopper system on feeding units. Feed hopper is supported by vibration and mixer inside. This ensures a continuous flow of material in powder and granular form.

Palletizing Unit

Discharge unit performs transferring compounded materials coming from compounding section to palletizing unit. Discharge unit is responsible for creating stable and proper pressure to be able convert materials in different viscosity and density into pellet form

Clutch

Twin screw extruders and compounding machines require the very best torque overload protection with the specific aim of protection extruders from damage caused by unexpected torque spikes.

Kovan ve Gömlek (Liner)

HIP Technology

Modular and Cleanable Design

Additionally, unique design of barrel allow to be cleaned water cooling channel periodically. Thus, barrel life time is enhanced and protected against blockage of the water channel.
